Domino
This charcoal drawing on paper, captures the personality and energy of my French Bulldog, Domino. Instead of focusing on perfect details, I used loose, expressive strokes to bring him to life. The dark, bold shading highlights his ears and eyes, while the soft, swirling marks in the background add movement and depth.
I wanted to keep the drawing free and natural, letting the charcoal guide me rather than controlling every line. This approach gives the piece a lively, spontaneous feel—just like Domino himself. It’s a portrait, but also a study of motion and emotion, created with instinct and creativity.
